Vendors Decide To Licence Microsoft Voice Codec

Microsoft has announced that a list of vendors have signed up to license Microsoft's voice codec software, RT Audio Codec. The copmany has also announced a new tool to monitor voice and video quality - the Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 Quality of Experience Monitoring Server.
