Fertility specialists, Sydney IVF, has gone down the convergence path with a solution that incorporates a Cisco IP Telephony solution with a presence management system from IPFX.

Working with long-time partner, The Frame Group, IVF Sydney has thrown a new technology net over its head office and six national offices bringing them together within a converged network infrastructure with a new data centre.

The infrastructure will use the latest in converged technologies (voice, video and integrated data) providing Sydney IVF with a cost effective and easily managed infrastructure across the whole organisation.

It will introduce new functionality to the business such as more effective operational management which will provide additional efficiency whilst enhancing Sydney IVF's customer service capabilities.
"We will move into the new headquarters this September 2006," said James Beggs, Manager Information Technology, Sydney IVF. "This new office will provide extra space for our growing business and also a core infrastructure to support the anticipated national and international growth."
"We have worked closely with Frame for over a year and chose the Frame team because of a proven and innovative approach to delivering successful projects within our organisation," continued Beggs.
