ISPhone Australasia is entering into a partnership deal with CallTime Solutions to take IP to the call centre market.

CallTime Solutions, which has offices in Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia, specialises in multi-media IP based contact centre and IP Telephony solutions and integration services. ISPhone is a privately owned VoIP wholesaler with affiliations with US-based ISPhone.

Historically ISPhone has maintained that its focus is on selling to the SME marketplace through its ISP, System Integrators, and reseller channel so the addition of CallTime with its enterprise call centre leanings is something of a step up for ISPhone.

The Marketing Alliance Partnership, as the two have called it, will focus on both the call centre market and large multi-location enterprises.

"VoIP is a very important technology for call centres and large enterprises with satellite offices or outlets distributed across Australia," said Gavin McDougal, Managing Director of ISPhone.

"These organisations have the most to benefit from Voice-over IP, including increased functionality, scalability and reliability as well as reduced total cost of ownership and lower call costs."

Troy Roberts, General Manager, Australia, of CallTime is equally enthusiastic about the partnership: "Many call centres and large multi-location companies are now considering IP based solutions to lower their internal operational costs and increase functionality," he said.

"ISPhone's business grade VoIP means high quality, reliable IP calls that reduce line rental and call costs while improving the return on their investment in IP. With such a reliable service, VoIP is now a genuine alternative to traditional PSTN calls."
