MyNetFone has put together a series of converged Business
Solutions as a way to target the small to medium enterprise market for IP
Telephony.
The solutions bundle hardware, ranging from multi-port
gateways to the latest generation of IP PBX, with a broadband connection to
ensure Quality of Service. The services involve no up-front capital investment says
the company.
"Our business customers not only save on their phone bills
with this suite of solution. They do not need to incur any up-front capital
costs for any hardware purchase. Their business case to take up the MyNetFone Business
Solutions is therefore very straight forward. There are little risks to our customers
at all," said Any Fung, Managing Director of MyNetFone.
The solutions include IP telephony features such as 1300 numbers
and lines, Interactive Voice Response and IVR, Direct dial numbers in capital
and regional cities, virtual office numbers, fax over VoIP and free services
between multi-location offices.
The company then bundles dedicated broadband access to
ensure quality as part of the service bundle.
"We have done a tremendous amount of development work to
launch this suite of converged VoIP and Internet broadband solutions to business
enterprises, said Rene Sugo, Technical Director of MyNetFone. "The solutions
have to be flexible, reliable, features rich and yet cost effective for
businesses to save on their phone bills.
"Given the feedback from our business customers thus far, we
have more than achieved our objectives," he said.
The company also announced recently that it is entering the New Zealand market for IP Telephony services making
International calls between MyNetFone customers in Australia
and New Zealand
free.
The services will be available via retail partners including
Noel Leeming and Harvey Norman in New Zealand along with a number of
IT resellers, said the company.
"To provide MyNetFone services in New
Zealand is a logical next step for MyNetFone Australia, With
many business interactions and close family ties between the two countries,
MyNetFone customers will be able to make big savings on their phone bills," said
Fung.
"Soon, we'll be able to provide New Zealand Direct In Dial
numbers which are especially important for business costumers," he said.
