MyNetFone Stocks ZyXEL Wi-Fi Phone Print E-mail

MyNetFone has announced it is selling the P-2000w_V2 Wi-Fi VOIP phone from Zyxel. The phone will come pre-configured for the MyNetFone network, but will not be locked to it, says the company.

The 802.11b phone is available from MyNetFone's website for $295 with a A$10 free call credit.

The handset is quoted as having anything from a 13-24 hour standby time depending on your ambient wireless network environment, talk time is similarly quoted as 3.2 - 4 hours. Support is for SIP v2 (RFC 3261) and the phone has QoS, , ToS, echo cancellation and WEP encryption runs up to 128-bits.

The phone is 127x45.7x20mm, weighs 105g and has a mono LCD screen.
