Version 3.0 of the synTelate call centre desktop software has been certified as Avaya compliant. The service agent desktop software works with the latest Proactive Contact solutions from Avaya.
synTelate is a subsidiary of CRM specialist Initiative Software out of the United Kingdom. Initiative Software first launched the synTelate call centre desktop customization and scripting solution back in 1999.

The application is highly configurable, adding significant levels of value and functionality to a contact centre when used alongside Avaya Proactive Contact technology.

It assist in customer interactions by providing service agents with all the relevant information they need to complete a call.

The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Proactive Contact 3.0, a solution that allows agents to reach more customers more quickly and more profitably through automated outbound communications.

"We are delighted to achieve compliance testing on this latest version of Avaya's market leading dialling system," notes Roy Holmes, synTelate business development manager.
"synTelate and Avaya Proactive Contact solutions are successfully deployed throughout Europe and North America and are serving a growing customer base."

synTelate is a Platinum member of the Avaya DeveloperConnection Program - an initiative to develop, market and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company's investment in its network.

As a member of the program, synTelate Corp is eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab in Guildford, U.K.

There a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compliant. Doing so ensures businesses can confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure - speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.

"By offering compliance testing to the many innovative companies like synTelate Corp. who are members of our DeveloperConnection program, Avaya promotes fully interoperable solutions that help businesses unleash powerful new possibilities," said David Sheldon, EMEA regional director of the DeveloperConnection Program for Avaya.

"They are able to use Intelligent Communications to connect employees and customers to information from wherever they are, over whatever device they have available - getting more out of their multivendor network and delivering new value to their bottom line," he said.
