Vonage has dropped its pricing on international calls originating in North America and Canada. Taking its calling rates to just one (US) cent per minute for locations that include.
Argentina, Australia, China, Mexico, Singapore, Israel, Poland, and Sweden. That's down significantly. The calling rate for Vonage customers tocall Sydney was previously US$0.05 cents per minute. Now one cent a minute is looking pricey with the company also offering North American callers free international calling to France, Italy, Ireland, UK, and Spain with Residential and Small Business Premium Unlimited Plans.

Vonage also includes free calling within the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada with all plans.

"Vonage is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to save our customers even more money," said Vonage CEO, Mike Snyder. "We have dropped our international rates as low as possible because we understand that many customers choose Vonage as a cheap and easy way to stay in touch with family scattered around the globe."
