In true Web 2.0
fashion, WAZZA.COM is taking a disruptive route to the booming online
recruitment business by not only deploying free VoIP services to help
job seekers to hook up with employers, but by listing candidates rather
than jobs!
JAJAH is a growing American VoIP service provider
startup that employs web-activated telephony techniques to place a call
between regular PSTN phones.
WAZZA.COM
is a recruitment website that advertises job hunters rather then jobs
with the intention of making it easier for employers to quickly access
a lot of applicants, while letting applicants quickly access a lot of
potential employers.
Registering on WAZZA.COM allows job seekers
to upload their resume for employers to browse. The two parties can
then simply click the 'Call Me' button to get in touch.
Alternatively, they can send an SMS.
"This is the first time JAJAH is implemented in a job service.
Undoubtedly, this will make it a lot easier for both the applicants as
well as employers offering positions to get in touch," says JAJAH
co-founder Roman Scharf.
"We really like what Wazza does, it is great to
see how our technology has been adopted to make it easier for their
clients to get in touch. In the same way JAJAH can improve the user
experience for any job platform in the world," adds JAJAH co-founder and
technological mastermind Daniel Mattes.
"It is our short term goal to roll this system out through the Asia
Pacific Region and we look forward to working closely with JAJAH during
this expansion," explains Adam Remar, CEO of WAZZA.COM
