Aspect Gets New Marketing Specialist Print E-mail

Contact Center software company, Aspect Software, has appointed a new Regional Marketing Director for Asia Pacific and Middle East.

Steven Tan will be responsible for "developing and executing the company's regional marketing strategy, driving market awareness of the Aspect Software brand, and growing the company's revenue and market share through demand generation programs", said the company.

"We are pleased to welcome Steven on board," said Lui Sim Hua, vice president for the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. "Aspect Software continues to demonstrate market leadership in Asia Pacific and I believe Steven's experience and expertise will become integral in driving effective marketing strategies throughout this part of the world."

Prior to joining Aspect, Tan has spent 16 years developing marketing and communications strategiesat top technology companies such as IBM Software Group, Lucent Technologies, HP, and most recently, Compuware.
